- 110 EUR fee for Eastern European participants, for payments made by August 1, 2012
- 150 EUR fee for Eastern European participants, for payments made after this date, with the notice that for the authors who wish their papers are published in the Proceedings the deadline for payment is August 25, 2012
- 230 EUR (80 EUR for Students), for payments made by August 1, 2012
